We are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist who will lead our SEO + AEO + GEO strategy across all company websites. This role requires expertise in traditional SEO plus the ability to adapt to AI-powered search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, voice assistants).

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years proven experience in SEO and digital growth strategy.
• Solid understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative AI optimization (GEO/AIO).
• Experience with structured data/schema markup and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO & UAE market dynamics.
• Proficiency with tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC.
• Ability to produce and optimize content that AI can easily quote/summarize.
• Strong analytical mindset and adaptability to new search trends.
• Prior UAE/GCC experience in business setup, immigration, or typing services is a plus.

• Implement structured data & schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, LocalBusiness, Reviews).
• Create and optimize FAQ-driven, AI-friendly content (guides, comparisons, short answers).
• Improve local SEO performance for typing centre and Amer services (Google Maps, voice search).
• Audit and clean up toxic backlinks, and build high-quality local/regional backlinks.
• Monitor and report website performance using SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and AI analytics tools.
• Stay updated on changes in Google SGE and AI search algorithms.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure unified growth strategy.
