Role type: Permanent part time (32 hours per week)
Department and location: Nursing Services, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst
Salary: $139,661.16 - $142,254.44 (pro-rata) + super.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• 
  Responsible for leading, developing and implementing comprehensive digital resources to guide nurses and patients to improve education and awareness about health risk factors, conditions, procedures, treatments and follow up care for patients, families, carers, health professionals and the general public.
• 
  Managing, maintaining and updating web content on internal and external facing digital platforms.
• 
  Establish and maintain effective relationships/partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders – obtain regular feedback, identify priority areas, identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• 
  Provide outreach support to local, regional and remote communities and vulnerable populations.
