Primary Job Function : Digital Health Solutions Executive is responsible for delivering sales of Abbott integrated solutions and professional services. Identify and engage with key decision makers including C-Suites in the customer organization to access their needs. Develop and present the solution that address customer needs Core Job Responsibilities : Be the subject matter expert of professional services product portfolio Obtain complete understanding of Abbott product and solution sets including instruments, assay and automation Be knowledgeable about industry trends, changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment. Understand the impact on customers and their key care-abouts. Research target accounts to understand performance KPIs and customer strategies. Build and preserve customer relationships to drive new sales and protect base business. Support Abbott Corelab team to develop and execute the strategic account plan Responsible for configuration and conducting informatics product demonstrations for prospects Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments Work with internal implementation team to ensure quality of deliverables and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction Position Accountability / Scope : This position reports to the GM Responsible for annual revenues target and per annum incremental sales target. Performance will be measured on a quarterly and annual basis Minimum Experience/Training Required : Minimum five years of experience in selling software solutions and professional services Minimum two year of healthcare business development and engagement experience required Clinical background is an advantage Ability to travel 50% required Diagnostics industry experience preferred Strong critical thinking and problem solving with ability to exercise mature judgment & work in ambiguity Proven ability to execute without (daily) direction Executive presence and a “can-do” attitude Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills Strong internal and external networking skills Quality, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities : Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms. Meet the requirements of ISO and Class A by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met. Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
