Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital inquiries and support requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our digital platforms and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use our digital products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until the issue is resolved.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our digital help desk system.
  • Continuously monitor and improve digital service processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to better assist and support customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital platforms and services.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technical tools.
