As part of the Digital HR Solutions & People Analytics team, you will support the development of modern HR reporting and analytics solutions. This role contributes to the implementation of self-service technologies and the delivery of meaningful insights using tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory, while actively contributing to the alignment and continuous enhancement of reporting standards in line with Allianz Group requirements. This position will be based in our Munich office. What you will do Drive and shape the development and governance of HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BW, Databricks and Azure Data Factory with a focus on innovation and alignment with emerging market trends Deliver high-quality, timely insights by managing ad hoc reporting requests from HR and business stakeholders Take ownership of data preparation, transformation, and validation processes to ensure robust and scalable reporting foundations Advance data quality and consistency across reporting sources by identifying gaps and implementing improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reporting outputs align with Allianz Group standards and definitions Coordinate with external service providers, including drafting specifications, supporting testing activities, and ensuring proper documentation and sign-off Maintain and evolve documentation of reporting processes, including the creation of user-friendly internal guides What you bring Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience or strong motivation to grow in the field of HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making Practical experience with Power BI, Databricks, or SAP BW; ability to independently create and optimize dashboards and reports Solid understanding of data handling and visualization principles; working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment Fluency in English both written and spoken is required; proficiency in German is an advantage What we offer We empower our employees by ensuring flexible work arrangements that maintain a balance between performance, productivity, career development and personal priorities (e.g., hybrid model/ flexible working hours) Securing your future: Access to company pension/savings plans Family support (relocation/ childcare facilities) Company share purchasing plan Mental health and wellbeing programs Mobility solutions (Jobrad bike leasing, subvention Jobticket) Career opportunities within the entire Allianz Group Self-guided learning & development … and so much more!
