Job Description Platform Implementation & Configuration: Install, configure, and customize Atlassian products based on the solution design. Workflow Development: Design and implement workflows within Atlassian tools. Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations between Atlassian products and other systems. Automation Scripting: Develop automation scripts to streamline processes. Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Optimize the performance of Atlassian environments and troubleshoot technical issues. Documentation (Technical): Create technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects and Business Consultants to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Adherence to Standards: Follow established technical standards and best practices. Qualifications Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket) (big plus). Experience with workflow configuration, scripting, and automation within Atlassian tools (e.g., Groovy, REST APIs) (big plus). Familiarity with database concepts and SQL. Experience with Git and version control (Bitbucket preferred). If not experienced, we value the desire to learn and: Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Development Basic knowledge of Python, Groovy and/or Java Understanding of REST APIs for integration purposes. Basic SQL queries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Any Atlassian certification (big plus) Fluent in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities

The role involves installing, configuring, and customizing Atlassian products, as well as designing and implementing workflows. Additionally, the engineer will build integrations, develop automation scripts, and optimize performance while collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Consultants.
