Job Description Business Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed business requirements from clients. Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the Atlassian platform. Functional Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Atlassian implementations. Workshop Facilitation: Lead client workshops to gather requirements, validate designs, and facilitate decision-making. Change Management Support: Assist clients with change management activities related to the adoption of new Atlassian solutions. User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training materials and documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects and Atlassian Engineers to ensure the implemented solution meets the defined business needs. Practice Knowledge: Experience and interest to explore ITIL and Ways of Working. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques. Exposure to the Atlassian suite and its application to business challenges is a significant plus. Basic understanding of software implementation lifecycles. Familiarity with workflow design concepts. Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills. Agile certifications (PSPO, PSM, etc) CBAP certification (big plus) ITIL certification (big plus) Fluent in Portuguese and English.
