Job Description Lead Project Execution: Take ultimate responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. Team Guidance: Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth execution. Develop Offerings: Proactively identify market gaps and client needs to design and refine Devoteam's service offerings, ensuring they are competitive and relevant. Value Proposition Creation: Articulate Devoteam's unique value proposition for specific client contexts, demonstrating how our solutions address their pain points and generate tangible benefits. Understand Clients Reality: Engage actively with clients to deeply understand their specific business context, challenges, and strategic objectives. Client-Facing & Problem Framing: Lead discussions with potential clients to effectively frame their problems, demonstrate understanding, and build trust. Commercial Proposal Development: Identify and define the optimal approach to solve the client's problem, and develop comprehensive commercial proposals, outlining scope, methodology and deliverables. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience within a consulting firm or a relevant industry role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex business transformation projects from design to implementation. Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field). An Masters or a relevant advanced degree/certification is highly advantageous. Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality results in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in contributing to business development, including supporting or leading proposal writing, scoping, and articulating the value proposition to senior clients. Technical/Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of one or more relevant business domains (e.g., Data, AI, Platforms) and familiarity with the technologies that underpin business change (e.g., Cloud). Client Management: Established ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (Director to C-level) and effectively manage client relationships and expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
