ROLE SUMMARY
The Team are directly responsible for the delivery and management of a number of functions. This includes
The post holder will apply expert knowledge of systems and information management to oversee data within the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring effective document control and reporting across all aspects of Digital Information Management within Estates.
The role will lead and manage the processes and submissions for the Estate Management Record and estate data required for TRAC (Transparent Approach to Costing). It will also take the lead on benchmarking activities and conduct in-depth spatial analysis to support strategic planning and evidence-based decision-making.
