Summary
We are looking for a “Digital Initiative Delivery Manager (f/m/d)” for the “IM Digital Office” in Taufkirchen as soon as possible.
As Digital Initiative Delivery Manager, the focus is on planning and implementing digital initiatives that are directly linked to the corporate strategy. The aim is to initiate change, inspire teams and ensure smooth implementation - always with a view to company-wide digitalization.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for digitalization initiatives: developing, implementing and measuring the success of digitalization projects that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and vision. Stakeholder management and prioritization are part of this
  • Networking teams: Collaborating with different teams to harmonize workflows, break down silos and implement projects holistically
  • Involve stakeholders: Define requirements, set clear goals and create transparency throughout the entire course of the project
  • Mastering challenges: recognizing risks at an early stage, developing creative solutions and tackling obstacles in a targeted manner

Your Profile

  • Academic background: Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field, ideally at Master’s level
  • Technology-oriented visionary: At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of digital projects and the ability to translate complex technological challenges into concrete strategies
  • Agile innovator: Proven expertise in agile methods that have proven particularly effective in digital transformation processes
  • Disruptive mindset: Enjoy questioning the status quo and developing innovative solutions
  • Team player: Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Doer mentality: Hands-on mentality and a willingness to get hands-on
  • Storytelling skills: The ability to present complex ideas clearly and engagingly - whether to decision makers or team members
  • Empathetic communication: Clear and trusting communication that promotes collaboration and team spirit
  • Good command of German and English
