EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU OFFER
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as:
Business Administration
Information Technology (IT)
Computer Science
Data Science/Analytics
Marketing (with a digital focus)
Finance or Accounting (for reporting roles)
Data Analysis & Reporting (+3 years)
Project co-ordination / management between IT and business teams
Finance/Banking – financial reporting, risk analysis, or regulatory (AML) compliance
Automating reports
Track record of improving reporting efficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Detail oriented and highly organized
Fluent language skills in German and English
Drive and manage digital initiatives to support ITO from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Design and implement reporting frameworks to monitor digital initiatives’ performance and effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Create and present reports to stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital transformation and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital initiatives
Ensure that all digital projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all digital initiatives, including project plans, reports, and compliance records.
Participate in internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
