JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining large/wide format and roll-to-roll digital printers, UV coating machines, digital cutters, and laminators. The role requires hands-on production work, ensuring high-quality output and keeping all machines properly maintained.

SKILLS

• High School Degree or GED; Associates in Commercial Art, Design or Printing preferred.
• 3+ years of experience operating web-based, narrow and wide format digital inkjet printing and material converting equipment.
• Hands-on experience with equipment from manufacturers such as HP, Domino, EFI, Canon, or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial inkjet printing and conversion systems, including: ink delivery, print electronics, printhead replacement and alignment, material transport, pneumatics, curing, mechanics, software, and machine control systems.
• Multitasking and fulfilling print orders in an organized, timely fashion is critical
• Must be dependable, reliable and trustworthy.
• Communicate clearly and effectively between management and other departments
• Knowledge of color theory and processing colors for print graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fiery XF and Mercury RIP software a plus
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• Replace ink, paper, toner, labels, and other printing materials.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of finished products.
• Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, with strong attention to safety and quality.
• Complete print projects on time while maintaining high production standards.
• Perform minor repairs, routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting printer issues as needed.
