We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Installation Engineer to join our Commercial team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering and installing cutting-edge Smart Technology and Managed Print products to clients across the country, including occasional travel to Ireland. Working typically as part of a 2-person team, you will ensure the seamless setup and maintenance of advanced digital equipment and systems.
This role offers a blend of hands-on technical work, client interaction, and opportunities to contribute to user training and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Operating as a 2-person team, to transport, install, and set up Smart Technology and Managed Print products, including digital signage displays into retail and or office space, media equipment, printers, and associated metalwork enclosures/brackets.
  • Provide end user training on installed hardware to the end users.
  • Mount media screen bracketry/framework onto walls using provided tools.
  • Respond promptly to service call-outs to replace damaged or broken screens and media equipment.
  • Provide occasional workshop support by configuring Smart Technology products and printers under the guidance of the line manager.
  • Follow schedules, delivery notes, and equipment return forms provided by the line manager, ensuring all documentation is scanned and submitted daily.
  • Conduct on-site surveys as needed to assess installation requirements or troubleshoot existing setups.
