About the role
Provides advanced support in reporting, budgeting, audit assistance, using financial systems (SAP or local) following financial processes and might act as a lead coordinating the work of others.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of the monthly close (system readiness, intercompany inputs, financial reporting and ad hoc reports)
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budget / forecast
  • Perform monthly reviews of the Profit and Loss statements
  • Own SAP project administration and CSV preparation (set-up, compliance, maintenance)
  • Own the VIM All Other Non-IC (InterCompany) review process
  • Own the IT Maintenance Schedules process
  • Own the WAN / Aryaka (Telephony) invoice review process
  • Support entity cost control and cost analysis
  • Support the VIM IC (InterCompany) review process
  • Support the monthly Forecast exercise and Annual Plan cycle
  • Assist in financial audit process
  • Assist on the Maintenance of Master Mapping – resources and project codes
  • Assist on the Data Converter process including Journals creation (Accruals and Reallocations) - review and maintenance
  • Provide monthly performance management reports to various business teams as well as country management teams
  • Provide guidance to GL / AP team in AYSC on clean and automated administration
  • Assist project teams with financial guidance on an Ad-hoc basis
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (and / or qualified accountant) and master’s degree in this field is preferred
  • Microsoft Office - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous work experience in SAP
  • Previous experience in BPC is a plus
  • Previous work experience in the Finance field, planning and analysis is preferred
  • Previous work experience in an SSC or BPO is preferred
  • Language skills English – minimum B2
