* Provide onsite support for computer, printer, and network issues. Install, set up, and maintain hardware and software. Troubleshoot technical problems and help users solve IT issues quickly. Work with central IT teams when issues need escalation. Keep records of support activities and equipment. Support meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools. Ensure IT equipment and systems run smoothly and securely. Give basic IT guidance or training to users when needed.

Responsibilities
