It’s an exciting time to join the Learning and Development team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver, streamline, and automate our business processes and develop the capability of our people. We’re seeking a creative Digital Learning Design Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract to develop engaging learning experiences as we grow and deepen the capabilities of our employees for today and tomorrow.
You’ll work in collaboration with our Learning and Development Managers to define requirements and measures of success using data and insights to inform your approach to designing and developing learning. With a keen eye for design and deep understanding of adult learning principles, you’ll craft visually compelling learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and align to our objectives.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home at your local office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations in Tunbridge Wells, Bolton, Bristol, Glasgow or Birmingham visiting clients or attending industry events.
