ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic Skills Development team, reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager.
In this role, you’ll design and develop innovative learning solutions that equip our colleagues with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive across the One Halfords Family. You’ll have the chance to shape engaging content, enhance existing programmes, and recommend fresh approaches that truly make a difference.
With a focus on choosing the best formats to deliver training effectively, you’ll play a key role in our continuous learning journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
