• Designing and developing various digital learning formats (eLearning modules, videos, simulations) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Managing and maintaining content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Applying principles of instructional design and user experience to create effective learning content.
• Working within an AGILE/SCRUM framework to manage projects and meet deadlines.
