Brand new role - Shape how learning looks and feels!

Bring training to life with visual design, animation & motion

Work remotely with a fast paced, high trust team
At Yo-Chi, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Learning Designer who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, motion design, and digital learning. If you’re someone who gets excited by visual storytelling, smooth animations, and intuitive user experiences and knows how to bring training content to life in a way that actually sticks, then this one’s for you.
This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in Australia, with a preference for locations where our venues are currently operating.
Ideal for a visual first designer who can create and structure content and understand the flow of a good learning journey but is more focused on how it looks, feels, and moves.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing branded graphics, layouts, icons, and templates for use in Rise, Storyline, video based learning

Creating light motion design elements (think animated intros, video explainers, overlays) using tools like After Effects, Vyond, or similar.

Collaborating with our Learning Design Specialist to turn storyboards into polished, learner-friendly modules

Enhancing the user experience (UX) of our digital training to make it clearer, faster, more fun

Conducting basic in-person video filming and editing, voiceover syncing, and creating short form visual assets for learning and comms.

Keeping all assets on brand, scalable, and consistent with Yo-Chi’s style and tone
