Description

DRIVE INNOVATION IN DIGITAL LEARNING AT LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL AND SHAPE THE FUTURE OF GLOBAL EDUCATION

London Business School is hiring a Digital Learning Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our online learning portfolio, including lifelong and alumni learning via the Forever Learning platform. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, embed evidence‑based pedagogy, use data and user research to drive decisions, manage complex projects and suppliers, and collaborate with faculty and cross‑school teams.
You have experience building high‑quality asynchronous e‑learning, strong product and project management skills, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Higher‑ed/executive education and learning tech experience are a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic product management across the end to end lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement of online courses and learning products.
  • Embed evidence based pedagogy and learning science into product design and content, partnering closely with faculty and learning designers.
  • Own the design and development process for high quality asynchronous learning, including storyboarding, QA, and user testing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Degree Education, Alumni Career Centre, Advancement, Marketing, Design & Analytics to align goals and deliver fit for audience solutions.
  • Shape and implement the alumni lifelong learning strategy through the Forever Learning platform.
  • Use market and user research, data analysis, and feedback to identify opportunities, prioritise roadmaps, and inform product decisions.
  • Experiment with new content formats, technologies, and trends to future proof the digital learning portfolio and enhance learner engagement.
  • Manage large, complex production projects—planning resources, resolving blockers, and delivering on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standard

Who we are looking for

  • Demonstrable experience designing and/or developing asynchronous e learning content and activities.
  • Strong grasp of learning design frameworks and e learning pedagogy with clear evidence of impact on learner outcomes.
  • Product management experience with advanced planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven project management capability; able to lead multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident working with faculty, internal teams, and external partners.

What you can expect from us

  • Generous annual leave of 27 days PLUS extra between Christmas and New Year!
  • Generous pension package, 14.5% employer contribution (in return for employee enrolment and contribution)
  • Free onsite gym and swimming pool
  • Amazing range of professional development to support your career path
  • Enhanced cycle to work scheme
  • Wellbeing offering to support your physical, mental and financial health
  • Up to 5 days paid emergency leave for staff who have caring responsibilities for a family member, dependent or friend who is ill.
