Do you enjoy working with digital platforms and helping people learn and grow? Are you motivated by turning business needs into digital learning solutions? Based in our Berlin office, you'll take ownership of our Learning Management System, Abacus Academy, and support colleagues across Europe. You'll create digital learning solutions and play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across Abacus Medicine Group. Your responsibilities Take ownership of our Learning Management System, Abacus Academy, and help ensure a seamless learning experience for colleagues across the organisation. Partner with stakeholders across the business to turn learning needs and ideas into effective digital learning solutions. Act as a trusted point of contact for questions related to learning systems and digital learning tools. Create and develop engaging digital learning content and e-learning modules together with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Support and continuously improve our global onboarding experience and learning catalogue. Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience and system adoption, and help drive those improvements forward. Your profile Around 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Technologies, HR Systems, Digital Learning, HR Operations, IT Support or a similar field. An interest in digital tools, systems and learning technologies. Experience working with Learning Management Systems or other digital platforms is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations. Fluent English, both written and spoken. German and/or Hungarian language skills are an advantage, but not required. Experience with Articulate 360, Vyond or similar content creation tools is a plus. Most importantly, you're proactive, self-driven and naturally curious. You enjoy taking ownership, exploring new ideas and continuously looking for better ways of doing things.
