EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in managing digital learning platforms (LMS or LXP).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking learning KPIs.
• Knowledge of learning processes.
• Good project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Degree in business administration, economics psychology or similar.
• Business fluency in English, German language skills are considered an advantage.

• Oversee our SAP Successfactors® learning management system, our LinkedIn Learning® platform and our language training platform.
• Manage system- and platform-related contracts, licenses and costs.
• Customize, maintain and develop platform functionalities to optimize the learning experience on a global level.
• Design, implement and monitor system- and platform-related learning and administration processes.
• Ensure smooth operation and compliance with global learning standards.
• Define, track, and monitor key learning KPIs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve learning strategies.
• Ensure the seamless rollout of mandatory global training programs.
