What’s the role? As a Digital Learning Specialist, you’ll design and deliver engaging, learner‑centred content that supports Banker Professional Development and Accreditation across a high‑performing banking organisation. Drawing on instructional design and adult learning principles, you’ll create high‑quality multimedia, eLearning, graphic and AI‑enabled learning assets that drive engagement, accessibility and measurable impact. You’ll specialise in the hands‑on end‑to‑end design and production of engaging digital learning content, working closely with stakeholders to co‑create innovative experiences aligned to organisational standards and quality frameworks. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capability Solutions, you’ll harness emerging technologies and learning analytics to continuously refine content and maximise learning impact. What do I need? * Demonstrated experience in multimedia development, graphic design, eLearning authoring, and digital content production in a banking or financial services environment * Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and AI-assisted content creation tools * Cert IV in Training and Assessment (minimum) * Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (desirable) * Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learner-centric design * Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, AI, adaptive learning) and digital authoring platforms relevant to banking capability programs * Experience creating interactive storyboards and prototypes to communicate digital learning experiences and engage stakeholders * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills * Creativity, strong visual design sensibility, and a passion for producing high-quality digital learning experiences * A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of conducting user testing and analytics-driven design refinements Why join us?
