About the Role As a Digital Lending Intern, you’ll support Amartha’s digital lending operations by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover insights that improve the user journey. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data drives impact in the fintech industry. Job Description Collect, clean, and process data from various internal systems and sources. Develop dashboards and performance reports (weekly/monthly) related to users, transactions, and digital funnel performance. Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving the digital user journey. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to provide insights and data-based recommendations. Support documentation of data definitions, metric calculations, and dataset structures. Assist in automated reporting (scheduling queries, report generation, and alerting) Final-year student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL (required) — able to write queries from scratch. Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, pivot, formulas). Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data cleaning.
