Job Description Manage the IT team (organize work, supervise, motivate, and develop employees) Cooperate with IKEA Industry’s Central IT Department Develop and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure its operational continuity Implement, maintain, and develop IT systems that support business processes Ensure data security and compliance of the IT environment with company security policies Work closely with all organizational units of the company Plan and manage the IT budget (both operational and investment) Coordinate IT projects (e.g., hardware replacement, new system implementation, infrastructure upgrades) Manage licenses, office infrastructure, mobile devices, and other IT resources Oversee purchases of hardware, software, and fixed assets Introduce and implement new technological solutions Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures Qualifications At least 2 years of managerial experience with proven success in leading a team and supporting employee development At least 3 years of experience working in the IT department of a manufacturing company Higher education in computer science (master's degree) Very good command of English (B2/C1 level) Knowledge of ERP and BI systems, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, IT infrastructure, and databases Experience in project management (preferred) You are a great fit if you: Are a natural leader and enjoy working in a team Build positive relationships easily at all levels of cooperation Plan and organize work effectively Take initiative and are not afraid to assume responsibility Solve complex problems and react quickly in critical situations Want to actively participate and grow within the IKEA Industry team Additional Information 3.5% employer contribution to your retirement account 30-minute paid break during work Private medical care (Lux Med) Daily hot lunch from 1.50 PLN (basic) or 4.20 PLN (meat/vegetarian option) Multisport card 15% discount in IKEA stores Holiday allowance Christmas bonus Safe and modern workplace Attractive group insurance Additional accident insurance fully covered by the employer Training, co-financing for further education, development opportunities, and more
