In a nutshell Internship in automotive production engineering analysing CAD/CAE tools, improving development processes, implementing digital solutions, and linking CAD design to injection moulding production. Your team and your responsibilities Team/division description Our department is responsible for the development of automotive parts from concept through to mass production. This involves supporting new Style feasibility studies through to introduction of the new parts to our production facilities around Europe. We also research & utilise latest technologies to improve product power & cost competitiveness. Your project Analyse and assess current CAD/CAE development tools in the production engineering department Identify potential improvements in the current processes Propose and evaluate new solutions Get agreement with relevant stakeholders Implement new tools, test and improve as required Generate the digital link from theory to practice – CAD to Injection machine Your Profile You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) Strong IT skills; Microsoft Power Apps etc and an interest in new digital tools You are interested in the development of new digital solutions to improve productivity Knowledge of engineering processes like injection molding would be an asset Some Know-how in CATIA (or other CAD software) would be an asset Starting date April 2026 Duration 6 months Confidentiality Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report.
