Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with nursery events, campaigns, and brand objectives.
• Capture and cover nursery activities, celebrations, and special events through engaging content.
• Edit photos and videos while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity.
• Manage daily social media posting, audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Ensure all content reflects a child-safe, positive, and professional image of the nursery.

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, admissions enquiries, and online engagement.
• Support content optimisation through effective captions, hashtags, trends, and basic SEO practices.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to improve content performance.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, announcements, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
2. Experience within the nursery, education, or childcare sector will be an advantage.
3. Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and basic graphic design.
4. Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics.
5. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to independently manage end-to-end social media activities.
7. Comfortable working in a nursery environment and during children’s events.
8. Female candidates preferred.
