SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 1-2 years experience of digital marketing is preferred but not essential
  • You must be data driven and have strong data analytical skills
  • You need to have strong leadership skills
  • Learning & exploring new technology tools to constantly automate Marketplace management
  • You need to be a visionary and have a good understanding of Unineed’s long-term goals and take this role from a Global Development Perspective
  • You need to be a people person to fit into the company culture & team
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with IT team and Digital Marketing Team
  • Ability to read, analyze and report to a high level
  • Proficient in MS Office
    Beyond the areas listed above, a successful candidate will be expected to roll up their sleeves and assist in other areas of the business as required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an extremely driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant/ Marketer for our busy marketing team. You will be assisting with all related tasks of the role and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

  • Develop and manage Marketplace channels in Europe, North America, Middle East, Australia, and South East Asia
  • Strategic planning and development of individual channels
  • Manage product listings on each Marketplace, monitor products sales performance
  • Ensure that adequate stock is available for demand in each Marketplace
  • Pricing structure/automation - manually or using 3rd party tool (Re-pricer M2e)
  • Constantly seek growth opportunities in each Marketplace
  • Plan and prepare shipments for FBA fulfilment centers worldwide
  • Encourage sales on slow moving products
  • Report on marketplaces KPIs - sales, products, customer feedback, returns, etc.
  • Update product listings
  • Work with Buying Department to introduce new brands & products to each Marketplaces
  • Improve customer feedback/reviews
  • Sponsored Ads Management
  • Reports on Channels, Countries and Products Performance
  • Use of vouchers, lightening deals and promotions
  • Manage advertisement budget as set by management
  • Assist customer queries from Marketplace channels
