The role plays a key part in managing digital communications, campaigns, and performance analytics across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters. Build automated email journeys such as welcome emails, appointment confirmations, and treatment follow-ups. Segment patient databases to deliver targeted and relevant communications. Analyse campaign performance to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions. Website Management Update website content, landing pages, and campaign pages. Ensure website information remains accurate, relevant, and optimised. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion performance. Digital Campaigns Support marketing initiatives such as: Implant Days, Invisalign promotions, New clinic launches, Seasonal marketing campaigns Assist with planning and executing digital promotions. Digital Advertising Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. Monitor performance and suggest optimisation strategies. Analytics & Reporting Track digital marketing performance across channels. Analyse key metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and appointment bookings. Generate insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. CRM & Marketing Systems Manage marketing and communication platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dentally, or similar systems. Ensure patient communication journeys are properly configured and functioning. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles. Experience executing email marketing and digital campaigns. Knowledge & Technical Skills Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or Salesforce. Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms. Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Experience managing website content and digital campaign assets. Competencies Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent written communication skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
