THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to own our Klaviyo email marketing. You’ll design beautiful emails, build smart customer flows, and dig deep into segmentation to speak to the right people at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own the Klaviyo platform – from automations to campaigns
• Design and build on-brand emails that reflect our brand
• Create and manage customer segments based on behaviours, preferences, and lifecycle
• Optimise open and click rates through testing and analysis
• Work with our creative and wider teams to support product drops, promotions, and storytelling
• Report on performance and recommend improvements
