REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE, preferably within the F&B/Hospitality sector
  • Strong understanding of the UAE digital landscape, customer behavior, and local platforms
  • Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven UAE market experience to lead and execute digital strategies that support our brand growth and customer engagement goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Design and produce engaging and brand-aligned content
  • Monitor campaign performance and use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
  • Drive online reservations, delivery orders, and brand engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends in F&B and UAE digital consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with operations, PR, and external partners to align marketing efforts
