Description

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, agency or in-house
  • Proven experience running paid social and/or Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Comfortable working in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • Confidently presenting results and insights to partners or stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills — you’ll need to write clear, compelling campaign copy
  • Be able to handle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and know how to prioritize when things get busy (which is most of the time).

ARE YOU IN IT FOR THE LONG RUN?

We’re big believers in the power of long-term relationships — with our team, our partners, and the work we do. While everyone’s path is different, we’re looking for people who want to grow roots, not just pass through. If you’re looking to build something meaningful and lasting, we’re probably your kind of people

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Tribu is looking for a driven, multi-talented Digital Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a team that’s as passionate about branding and digital as they are about pushing themselves. This role isn’t just about checking boxes or running ads- it’s about taking ownership, constantly optimizing, and building full-funnel marketing campaigns that move the needle for our partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth and align with our partners’ long-term business objectives, with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media advertising (email, blogs, social, and web).
  • Build and manage campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Know how to launch, optimize, and report on performance.
  • Build campaigns (we use Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and more). You should know how to segment audiences and understand deliverability.
  • Conduct keyword research and website audits to improve organic visibility and search performance.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Improve SEO performance both on-site and off-site through content creation, listing optimization, and backlink building.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely — analyzing CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and more — and make data-informed optimizations to drive growth.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Collaborate with our social, design, and web teams to make sure campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and ideas that help move the needle for our partners.
  • Familiarity tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to manage leads, track performance, and understand the full customer journey.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU…

  • Are gritty, resourceful, and can figure things out when others might fold.
  • Take extreme ownership.
  • Can give and receive honest feedback without taking it personally.
  • Have a growth mindset and want to learn fast, not just float along.
  • Stay cool under pressure and keep things moving when the heat is on.
  • Know that marketing is both creative and data-driven.
