Truce Law is looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who knows how to generate results, not just run campaigns.
If you love combining strategy with data, building funnels that convert, and getting deep into ad platforms, analytics, and automation… this role is for you.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (legal/professional services is a bonus, not a must)
  • Proven track record of running lead-generating campaigns with positive ROI
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and website optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation (we use HubSpot)
  • Data-obsessed mindset, you know your metrics and love making decisions with them
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns with minimal oversigh
Responsibilities

You’ll be our go-to expert for all things digital marketing, building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and support our firm’s growth. From paid ads to SEO, email workflows to landing page performance, you’ll run the full digital engine with both creativity and precision.
You won’t just be managing campaigns, you’ll be steering strategy, owning the data, and making decisions that directly impact revenue.

$50,000 - $60,000Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Improve organic performance through smart SEO and content recommendations
  • Create and manage automation workflows and targeted email sequences
  • Analyze performance and generate clear, actionable reports
  • Build and test landing pages, forms, and funnels to boost conversions
  • Monitor lead generation, track KPIs, and recommend strategic shifts
  • Collaborate with content, design, and business development teams
  • Keep CRM data clean and workflows efficient
