We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships with our clients, anticipate their needs, and provide them with creative solutions.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients and will be responsible for guiding projects from discovery to delivery, building timelines, monitoring progress, improving processes, leading communications, and delivering quality work that meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.
A set of monthly deliverables is required for every client. These include keyword research, blog posts, image uploads, video creation, PPC optimizations, and sending emails for marketing campaigns. In addition to monthly tasks, unscheduled client requests will come up that may require immediate attention. Understanding each client’s unique requirements and your team’s capacity is critical to setting and meeting obtainable deadlines.
Ongoing communication includes monthly review calls with your dedicated clients and responding to client questions/requests throughout the day via phone, Zoom, Slack, Loom, and email. In this role, there may be times when you have to accommodate difficult requests and deal with various client issues. You must be able to determine when issues need to be escalated through our internal chain of command. Most importantly, you must possess the ability to work confidently and accurately.
