JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an opportunity for a seasoned digital marketing account manager to act as a partner and advocate for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Our account managers act as the main point of contact connecting our clients to their various campaign contributors. They are responsible for sharing campaign successes on monthly report calls and articulating areas to maximize results and grow accounts.
Account managers comprise half of the main account team, partnering with our digital marketing strategists who perform the daily strategic tasks. The ideal candidate is extroverted with keen attention to detail, has experience reading, synthesizing, and reporting on analytics and data, and is excited to be client-facing and roll up their sleeves to make data-based strategy recommendations and modifications.
The remote nature of this role requires the ability to be self-directed in managing many moving parts to meet deadlines. We are a tight-knit team looking for someone who complements and adds to our company culture and can be a bold advocate for their clients’ goals.

  • Provide lifetime account management and relationships with partnered clients
  • Facilitate efficient communication between the client and all internal teams and contributors
  • Schedule, organize, and report on campaign tasks to meet monthly goals and deadlines
  • Lead report meetings and manage the digital marketing strategist’s implementation of strategy adjustments
  • Proactively suggest and implement creative solutions to clients’ needs
  • Stay updated on client news and internal developments
  • Represent the company in communication with clients
  • Liaise internally and externally to advocate for customer and company success
