ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns, focusing on analytics to drive results. Perfect for someone who loves data and analytics!
  • Client Success Management: Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their goals are achieved and expectations exceeded.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage analytics to deliver insights, maximize ROI, and inform decision-making for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage workflows with tools like Go High Level, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Spreadsheets, ensuring projects are on track and outcomes are met.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role or senior account management role in digital marketing.
  • Campaign Mastery: Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience acquisition strategies.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Team-First Attitude: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example. Confident in leading and also working as part of a team.
