Responsibilities

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE…

This role is more than just managing client accounts. It involves caring deeply about our clients and their businesses, knowing their needs inside and out, advising on the best path forward, managing expectations and always being ready to provide solutions before issues arise.
Your key accountabilities will include building and maintaining strong long term relationships with clients, unlocking growth potential, and ensuring we deliver top-quality results.
This position is based in Calgary and interested candidates must be comfortable with working in office 5 days per week during the probationary phase. Following a 3 month probation period, a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 remote is possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Serve as the key liaison for clients, delivering consistent account updates and orchestrating meetings with finesse. Your role is vital in maintaining Konstruct’s communication excellence and upholding our high standards of value.
  • Build, maintain and nurture client relationships all while overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and providing strategic consultation on digital marketing, business results, and the competitive landscape.
  • Be the client’s chief advocate within Konstruct, maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s business, including their business challenges, goals, and industry. Combine this with Konstruct’s methodologies, insights, and best practices to provide the best results to clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges faced by clients and the internal team in an effective and prompt manner. Solve problems and help identify solutions, as needed.
  • Build and execute customized annual/quarterly marketing strategies and plans for clients, aimed at achieving their specific goals. Effectively lead account teams and specialists to execute; delivering high-value and quality work.
  • Anticipate future needs, proactively identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic guidance to foster strong client relationships and drive business success. Stay ahead of industry trends, foresee potential challenges, and help clients seize untapped opportunities in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to deliver comprehensive services and drive growth, including identifying upsell opportunities and monitoring sales and account metrics for improvement and growth.
  • Overall account fiscal responsibility for managing account efficiency, project estimating, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Assist in new business initiatives and marketing activities.
