An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. THE ESSENTIALS: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency, with proven ability to manage client accounts.
  • A natural multitasker, comfortable managing multiple clients and marketing activity simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present reports and data to clients.
  • The ability to translate technical data and marketing terminology into clear, understandable insights.
  • A working knowledge of PPC/Google Ads is required.
  • Knowledge of Google Shopping, SEO, Meta Ads, or HubSpot would be a significant bonus.
  • A strategic mindset with great time-management skills.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: THE ROLE

Your primary mission is to manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main strategic contact to ensure we are delivering value and driving their growth.

  • Be the trusted, primary contact for your clients, managing their accounts and building strong partnerships founded on transparency and communication.
  • Devise and own the overarching digital marketing strategy for your clients, ensuring every activity is aligned with delivering measurable results.
  • Oversee the delivery of work, ensuring campaigns and projects are on track and aligned with the client’s objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts by recommending new strategies or services that will help them achieve their goals.
  • Analyse and report on performance, confidently presenting data and insights to clients in a way they can easily understand.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house specialists to ensure we deliver a cohesive, high-quality service.
