We are a progressive and client-focused real estate and mortgage brokerage looking for a Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support both our marketing and back-office operations. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, organized, and familiar with the real estate and mortgage world.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva for design tasks
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping (QuickBooks or Excel)
  • Experience with data entry, CRM systems, and digital filing
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate and mortgage terminology is a strong asset

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT NICE TO HAVE):

  • SEO knowledge or digital marketing experience
  • Basic video editing for Reels or YouTube
