ODM Construction is a high-end design and build firm serving Ventura and Los Angeles counties. We specialize in custom homes, additions, and full-scale renovations. We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to join our team.
This role will manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns while also coordinating broader marketing efforts, ensuring our brand presence stays strong and consistent across all channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of PPC, targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and tracking conversions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

BONUS SKILLS:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience in the construction or home services industry.

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
• Track ad spend and provide regular performance reports.
