QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience.
  • 3+ years working with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms and campaign performance tracking across multi-channel ecosystems.
  • Experience in retail or beauty industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and PIPEDA is an asset.
  • Must be able to work in Mississauga Support Centre office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Execute digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Own data management across platforms including Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring optimal customer segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to build and optimize journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging behavioural and transactional data.
  • Define and measure key marketing KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau dashboards.
  • Implement and analyze A/B testing strategies (e.g. subject lines, offers, send times) to continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Use dynamic content and personalization in campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Map customer journeys and identify pain points and opportunities through data.
  • Drive improvements in loyalty and retention programs through guest insight and segmentation analysis.
  • Ensure effective CDP database segmentation for targeted email, SMS, and social marketing activities.
  • Deliver campaign reporting and analytics, providing insights that shape future strategy.
  • Maintain communication frequency guidelines and privacy compliance (CASL knowledge is an asset).
  • Contribute to quarterly leadership and franchise reports with data support.
  • Support local marketing efforts via the Uberall platform.
  • Stay current on digital trends, marketing tech, and analytics best practices.
