    Myer is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst (known as a Digital Marketing Specialist within our organisation) to identify and unlock actionable insights using various data sources across the Myer business. Drive efficiency, process, and speed to insight for the digital marketing team, advancing our strategic media effectiveness and measurement capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the analytics process for the digital marketing team, delivering actionable insights which add value to stakeholders across the business and drive both efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing efforts at Myer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the role of digital marketing and media channels for our customer, as well as the customer journey on myer.com.au
  • Drive regular reporting and analytics for the team across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrate strong data governance and develop processes across the team to automate reporting and drive efficiency
  • Use technology such as Google BigQuery and data visualisation platforms to enhance the way we analyse data at scale and report back to the business
  • Strengthen Myer’s addressable marketing capabilities through the integration of marketing technology, precise audience segmentation, and utilising first-party customer data to deliver impactful results.
  • Develop and optimise an attribution framework which provides an omnichannel view of digital marketing’s financial contribution to the business
  • Drive and collaborate on new projects, delivering innovation and growth
  • Develop our insights product with the assistance of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, driving new revenue streams for Myer
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks in the areas of research, analysis, planning and administration
  • Assist with driving a data-driven culture across the entire Myer team
