WAGO Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst responsible for the design, collection, analysis, and reporting of sales leads and marketing data in an ongoing effort to increase revenue, maximize ROI, maximize lead efficacy, and improve the quality of the overall customer experience. This position oversees social media posting schedule from design processes aimed at engaging new audiences and converting more customers. These digital channels may include but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; YouTube; display, search or video ads; email marketing, and affiliate marketing sites.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
  • A fundamental understanding of digital marketing programs and technologies
  • Thorough understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Supermetrics)
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft platform, SAP Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Hootsuite
  • Experience with defining, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting on information with accuracy
  • Proven ability to develop, audit, and test campaigns to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and work independently or within a group
  • Must have excellent organization and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare and present complex materials across various levels of the organization
Responsibilities
  • Proficient in all social media platforms, posting content and analyzing interactions
  • Partner with web team to Create and analyze Google Ad campaigns, and AdWords
  • Analyze and interpret data received through various tools to track traffic, leads, conversions, and other strategically-specified metrics
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and search engines
  • Create standardized/customized analytic reports and dashboards to produce periodic, static and specialized insights using internal resources and the structured collection of digital activity from multiple sources
  • Assist the design and subsequent testing of campaigns to optimize KPI’s
  • Collaborate and execute campaigns with outside agencies
  • Communicate insights across various levels of the organization
  • Test and optimize marketing materials for better performance
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets to inform marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key performance metrics across all digital channels
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to enhance marketing campaigns and improve ROI
  • Engage with marketing team members to develop actionable strategies based on findings
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
