Description

Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning, is hiring to fill the position of Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist.
The Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing and sales operations through the development and management of digital campaigns, marketing automation, and audience targeting initiatives. This position requires advanced use of HubSpot CRM and related marketing tools to build workflows, manage email campaigns, and maintain customer data. The role also provides project coordination for marketing initiatives, assists with digital advertising, and delivers data-driven insights to guide strategy and measure performance.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong proficiency in HubSpot.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience using Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with creative and sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to perform daily administrative tasks.

OTHER REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in SEM and social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience coordinating or managing outside media and advertising agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, and audience data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple brands concurrently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  • Strong written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone and interpersonal etiquette.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to apply data-driven techniques to gather and interpret insights.
  • Skilled in building relationships, networking, and representing the company professionally.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude with a commitment to completing tasks of all sizes with excellence.
