JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives, create compelling visual content, and manage our website using the Acrisoft content management system. This role combines strategic marketing expertise, graphic design, and website administration to enhance our brand presence and effectively engage our audience. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing and a knack for delivering visually stunning designs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., social media, email, and paid ads) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create high-quality graphic assets, including social media visuals, brochures, banners, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update the company website using the Acrisoft CMS, ensuring content is fresh, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and creative content that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving results.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and website content are consistent, professional, and visually appealing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design tools, and digital marketing best practices to keep our brand competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience managing websites using Acrisoft or similar CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Acrisoft Freedom CMS or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance website usability.
