This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling different tasks everyday.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office especially excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
  • A positive and friendly attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

  • This role requires the applicant to travel to Edinburgh for 2-3 days every 2 weeks to meet with clients and monitor progress on various projects (Travel in company car and accommodation arrangement will be provided by the company).   • We work in a small team as a group of close friends working towards the same goal rather than a big corporate structure.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and visitors in a friendly manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events using Google Suite tools.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.
