As Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice in our Customer engagement team, you’ll build foundational expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), email development, content management systems (CMS), and digital asset management tools like Veeva. Alongside your academic studies, you’ll also gain insights into omni-channel strategies and their influence on customer experience, laying the groundwork to grow into a strategic digital marketer.

As a degree apprentice you will be expected to attend university once a week which will count towards your 20% off the job training.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update digital content like emails and websites, bringing ideas to life through clean design and thoughtful details.
  • Learn the basics of web and email development, including writing and editing simple code (HTML) and working with content platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns by uploading and managing digital materials—think images, files, and web pages—so everything runs smoothly.
  • Explore how people interact with our content and help turn those insights into smart ideas for improving their experience.
  • Get hands-on with real tools and platforms used in healthcare marketing, becoming confident in using them day to day.
  • Team up with others across the business to understand how everything connects—and how your work helps reach and support healthcare professionals.
  • Take part in exciting projects that stretch your skills and help you grow into a confident, creative digital marketer.
