Role: Apprentice Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Location: Lincoln LN3
Salary: £16,000 p/a
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

A digital marketing apprentice will work with the management to help the development and execution of the organisation’s marketing and communications strategies. This role involves a blend of creative, organisational, and administrative tasks, contributing to the enhancement of the organisation’s brand awareness and engagement.
Work alongside a friendly team in a relaxed environment that prioritises a low-stress and comfortable setting, allowing you to focus on your development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s social media presence, including content creation.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and report on performance metrics.
• Respond to inquiries and engage with online communities in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of media lists and contacts.
• Collect and input data related to marketing and communications activities (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email campaign performance).
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets related to marketing and communications activities.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Maintain and update the organisation’s website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
