This role is ideal for a motivated and creative individual looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing. As the first marketing apprentice at CareerSync, the successful candidate will work closely with and be supported by the Marketing Line Manager to plan, deliver, and analyse marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and play a vital part in shaping the company’s marketing strategy from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms
• Well-organised, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative

• Minimum Grade 5/C in Maths and Grade 4/C in English
