Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the execution of multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid acquisition channels. Conduct basic keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to support campaign planning and optimization. Help with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, and Performance Max. Support creative testing, including preparing briefs, coordinating with design teams, and uploading creatives across platforms. Assist with remarketing and retargeting initiatives to improve lower‑funnel performance. Help manage conversion tracking, ensuring accurate data flow across platforms, pixels, and analytics tools. Support in setting up and maintaining dashboards or simple reports to track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate. Monitor daily campaign performance and highlight any anomalies or opportunities for improvement. Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and timely updates. Use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to gather basic insights on landing page and campaign performance. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support asset development, landing page updates, and campaign launches. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring campaigns follow platform guidelines and internal quality standards. Provide general support to senior performance marketing specialists across ongoing projects and experiments. Experience in medical, health, or wellness sectors is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of SEO is an advantage. We are looking for someone with: 2 years of experience in performance marketing (internships are welcome). A foundational understanding of paid digital channels (search, social, display, or video). Eagerness to learn data driven campaign execution and optimization. Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is advantageous. Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with numbers and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to follow processes independently. A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast paced, innovative digital healthcare company.
